I followed Vincent’s advice and printed two Python e-books that I’m going to read. It’s a pain I tell you. about 600+ pages on a faulty HP 930c Inkjet. It took me all morning and most of the afternoon. You should’ve seen the stack of my rejected prints.
I used FinePrint BTW to print the pages [...]

It came to me. One of the reasons why it’s a little hard for me to learn to program is because I’m learning from e-books. Not that it’s not possible learning from e-books, it’s just inconvenient learning from them. My eyes hurt after reading for ours on the screen and so is my head.
There’s just [...]

Guess what? I got really lucky today and found an old copy of “The C Programming Language” AKA “K&R” in the 65 pesos ($1.41) bin of National Bookstore! And it’s priced at 30 pesos ($0.65). I grabbed it quickly securing it in my arms and now it’s mine! All mine! My  very own copy! Mwahahaha!

I finished it. The Catcher In the Rye. I liked the parts where Holden was explaining to Pheobe what he really wants to do. He wants to be a catcher in the rye–a keeper of innocence. Personally I liked the carousel part the best. Holden’s happy just by looking at Pheobe riding the carousel. She [...]

Why is it so freaking hard to learn from ebooks. It’s getting frustrating really. I don’t really recommend it. Somehow I’m not absorbing the information as fast as books printed on paper.
Does anyone know if Oreilly’s “Learning Python” is available in the Philippines? Do you have a copy you want to give (or maybe [...]

I’m reading Catcher In the Rye and I think it’s a good book although it’s quite negative. I’ve only finished half of it so I can’t comment yet if it really has influenced Lennon’s killer.
Caufield sees everyone around him as phonies but I noticed that he didn’t mentioned anything negative about his younger siblings. It [...]

  • What’s this about?

This is another personal blog which means topics range from anything that I can think of or want to write.

I mostly write about my struggles about learning how to program and finding a job. Also when I feel like it I write long posts about my rants and ramblings about my life. All in one big paragraph. Don't say I didn't warn you.

About the kansas state thing, it's actually a misheard lyric from a certain song I like. Try to guess what song. :)

    Happy reading!
